BASIC SEWING

This 3 session adult beginning class will teach sewing basics. Learn how to choose fabrics and patterns. Learn to read a pattern guide, layout patterns correctly on fabric, proper cutting of fabric, sewing seams and finishes. You'll also learn how to make hems and casings for inserting elastic. You will complete a project in class as you learn. Store machines are provided.

This 3 session follow up class to the Sewing 101 class continues the learning to sew program. Open sewing is encouraged, allowing you to pick your projec and receive help completing that project.
