International Shipping Charges

General Information:
We use the lowest cost shipping options available. We ship in International Flat Rate Envelopes when possible. These envelopes hold up to 6 yards of fabric and cost $10.95 to Canada & Mexico and $12.95 to all other countries. If you are ordering more than 6 yards of fabric, we have found that shipping two or more Flat Rate Envelopes is usually the least expensive way to ship. (Fabric bundles and kits may be re-packaged to reduce shipping charges.)

Canadian orders: Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of your product purchase plus a $20.00 shipping charge. The shipping charge will be manually adjusted to the actual shipping rate when your order is processed and shipped. Customs and duty charges are the customer's responsibility.

All Other Countries: Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of your product purchase plus a $40.00 shipping charge. The shipping charge will be manually adjusted to the actual shipping rate when your order is processed and shipped. Customs and duty charges are the customer's responsibility.

Sales Tax

Orders placed from within the state of Arizona will have 9.05% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Backorders

We will notify you immediately if an item is on backorder.

Fabric

Our minimum cut on fabric is 1/2 yard. Please refer to the conversion chart below when ordering fabric for the decimal equivalent.

1/8 = .13	1/4 = .25	1/3 = .33	3/8 = .38	1/2 = .5
5/8 = .63	2/3 = .67	3/4 = .75	7/8 = .88

Return Policy

Cut fabrics, books, patterns, kits, embroidery designs, computer software, and sale items are not returnable.

All returns must be in original packaging, saleable condition and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned merchandise.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation.

We will credit your account for return shipping costs and will send you a replacement at no additional shipping charge.
